- Knowledge base
OEX Group has expanded its warehouse space dedicated to marketing materials and the e-commerce sector. In November, the company became the main tenant in the newly built Good Point III logistics complex in Łubna near Warsaw. Currently, the OEX Group has a warehouse infrastructure in excess of 50,000 sqm.
In the newly-launched Good Point III project, developed by Real Management, OEX has leased 16,000 sqm, becoming the facility's largest tenant. The OEX Group has been present at the complex in Łubna near Warsaw since 2008. The choice of this location was determined by, among other things, good communication with the center of Warsaw and the rest of the country, which is crucial for serving geographically dispersed customers.
In total, the OEX Group has 5 Class A distribution centers (3 in Łubna, Gdańsk and Czeladź), meeting ISO 9001:2008, GHP, GDP, GMP, HACCP standards. The holding's resources are supplemented by dozens of local warehouses, located throughout Poland, and three operational centers dedicated to document archiving. The area dedicated exclusively to marketing materials logistics projects is more than 30,000 square meters, with more than 50,000 pallet spaces available to customers.
The systematic development of the OEX Group's logistics projects has necessitated the expansion of the infrastructure we use. At the moment, no Polish provider of marketing materials handling services has such a large warehouse space," said Artur Wojtaszek, member of the OEX Group management board.
OEX Group offers clients a comprehensive service for the storage and distribution of marketing materials, such as displays, displays, promotional stands, regular products or printing (flyers, posters, catalogs). Logistics services can also include co-packing and packaging, as well as installation and renovation of POSM. The service is implemented using technology that allows the client's employees (e.g., salespeople) to independently manage sales support materials and plan marketing events, and provides convenient access to reports, including from smartphones and tablets.
The way in which logistics processes supporting sales are organized translates into both the effectiveness and costs of marketing and sales activities carried out. To date, we have completed hundreds of projects that have allowed us to develop proprietary solutions in the distribution of marketing goods," says Grzegorz Wroniszewski, managing director of non-core logistics services at OEX Group.
The marketing materials logistics service offered by the OEX Group is used by Unilever, Johnson & Johnson, Pandora, Pernod Ricard, CEDC, Diageo, Philip Morris, PZU, Nestle and Sony, among others.
