From a sampler carrying a bag of samples to the role of CEO — Przemek Bogdański’s story is proof of how far dedication and engagement can take you. He started in the 1990s, helping his brother with field promotions, and gradually climbed every step of the career ladder — from merchandiser, to operations manager, to board member. In 2019, he became CEO, building a team that works quickly, efficiently, and with full commitment. For Przemek, success isn’t about the title — it’s about making a real impact on the company, the team, and the day-to-day work in the field.

From hostess to director — Ewelina’s story shows that at Cursor, you can truly achieve anything through hard work. She started in 2006, promoting products in stores, gradually progressing through all levels of field marketing and eventually taking on the role of leader for nationwide field marketing operations. Her breakthrough came with a major, complex project for Barilla, which she executed independently and successfully. Today, she manages a team valued for its honesty and dedication, while she continues to plan large-scale campaigns and tackle new challenges. For her, Cursor is a place that teaches, supports, and provides space — but only for those truly committed to growth.
Krzysztof kędzierski, head of business DATa solutions
From a summer job to a strategy team
Krzysiek joined us by chance — looking for a summer job, he stayed for years. He started in administration but quickly found his path in data analysis, progressing from Junior Specialist to Head of Business Data Solutions. After a brief stint in corporate banking, he returned to Cursor, drawn by the company’s vision and culture. Today, he is responsible for strategic reporting, the development of automation, and implementing new technologies in client projects.
